PLEASE write your child’s name on the following supplies ONLY:

(1)   Headphones (no ear buds), remove from packaging and place inside a gallon-sized zip-lock bag with child’s name

(1)    Blunt tip, child scissors with child’s name (take out of packaging)

(1)    Pencil box or Pouch

DO NOT LABEL THESE ITEMS:

(2) Primary K-2 composition notebooks with space for drawing (any brand)

Examples below (Dollar Tree and Walmart):

(2) Yellow plain plastic folders with 2 pockets and 3 prongs 

(1) Package of Ticonderoga pencils (already sharpened)

(4) Boxes of Crayola crayons (24 count)

(2) Regular sized glue sticks (pack of 6 glue sticks)

(1) Packages of regular pink erasers

(1) Container of Clorox wipes

(1) large bottle of hand sanitizer

(1) Box 120ct. facial tissues

(1) white cardstock

(1) Black Dry Erase Marker 

(2) Reams of Paper 

Girl Students: 

 (1) Laminating sheets, (1) box of Quartz Ziplock bags

Boy Students:  

 (1 pack) Colored Card Stock, (1) box of Gallon size Ziplock bags
